Grief & Caregiving | Support for Caregivers Facing Illness and Anticipatory Grief

Realistic Grief & Caregiving Hero Image.png
"I love them and I'm exhausted" — both true. Both okay.

Gentle, practical guides for anyone caring for someone they are slowly losing.

Why Grief And Caregiving Exists

I created Grief & Caregiving after seeing the same pattern again and again, caregivers falling apart quietly, convinced they had to hold it together for everyone else.

With a background in social work and complementary medicine, I wanted to build something that goes beyond "practice self-care," real tools for the guilt, the exhaustion and the grief that starts long before the goodbye.

This is not about fixing what you are going through. It is about making sure you do not carry it alone. Whether you are in the middle of active caregiving or navigating what comes after, I hope what you find here meets you exactly where you are.

🕯️ Grief & Caregiving is a space built on honesty, not easy answers because you deserve both comfort and truth.

CLIENT REVIEWS

What Our Clients Are Saying

We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service, and our clients have shared their experiences with us. Read their testimonials to see how we've made a difference.

"I didn't even know 'anticipatory grief' had a name until I read this guide. It put words to something I'd been feeling alone for months. I cried through the first chapter, in a good way." — M., caregiver for a parent with dementia

The section on guilt felt like someone finally understood what I couldn't say out loud. I've recommended this to two other caregivers already." — R., spousal caregiver

"This isn't another guide telling me to 'practice self-care' while I'm running on empty. The burnout section actually gave me tools I could use in five minutes, not five hours I don't have." — J., full-time caregiver

I've read a lot of caregiving resources, but this is the first one that combined the practical and the emotional in a way that actually made sense. The rituals section has become part of my daily routine." — A., caregiver for a sibling with chronic illness

SUPPORT SERVICES

Support does not come in just one form, sometimes you need something to read quietly at 2am and sometimes you need a real voice on the other end of the phone. Grief & Caregiving offers both, so you can choose what fits the moment you in.
